摘要 合理营养平衡膳食是保证健康的基础,也是慢性病健康管理的主要措施之一。本文主要通过讨论我国居民膳食营养状况及知信行教育的干预手段,探索以职工食堂为中心的膳食营养健康管理方法。通过开展营养知识健康教育,提供健康的膳食食谱等一系列措施,可以引导职工培养合理的膳食习惯,防治慢性病,提高职工的健康素养。 Reasonable nutrition and balanced diet is the basis of ensuring health,and is also one of the main measures of health management of chronic diseases.This paper mainly discusses the dietary nutrition status of Chinese residents and the intervention means of knowing,believing and practicing education,and explores the dietary nutrition and health management method which through centering on the staff canteen.A series of measures such as health education on nutrition knowledge and healthy dietary recipes were carried out.The staff and workers may develop reasonable dietary habits,prevent and cure chronic diseases and improve the health literacy of their own.
