中药益气补肺汤联合西医治疗肺虚血瘀型冠心病患者的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Bufei Decoction combined with western medicine for coronary heart disease patients with lung deficiency and blood stasis syndromes

目的分析中药益气补肺汤联合西医治疗肺虚血瘀型冠心病患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法前瞻性选择2016年6月至2018年4月皖北煤电集团总医院中医内科收治的50例肺虚血瘀型冠心病患者,分别采用常规西药(对照组,n=25)和中药益气补肺汤联合西药(治疗组,n=25)进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗相关指标,包括心功能分级(NYHA)、脑钠肽(BNP)含量和血脂水平、心电图变化、左心室功能、临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗组NYHA改善情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组BNP、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组发生ST-T、房性早搏的患者比率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组左心室射血分数(LVEF)、每博指数(SI)、心排量(CO)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组临床疗效(96.00%)高于对照组(56.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未出现明显药物不良反应,安全性较高。结论中药益气补肺汤联合西医治疗肺虚血瘀型冠心病可有效缓解患者各种症状,疗效好且不良反应不明显,可在临床广泛普及。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Bufei Decoction combined with western medicine for patients with coronary heart disease(lung deficiency and blood stasis type).Methods Fifty cases of coronary heart disease(lung deficiency and blood stasis type)treated in the Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Wanbei Coal-Electricity Group General Hospital from June 2016 to April 2018 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group according to the different treatment methods,each with 25 cases.Control group received the routine western medicine;based on this,treatment group received the traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Bufei Decoction.The related indicators,including New York heart academy(NYHA)classification,brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)content and blood lipid levels,electrocardiogram changes,left ventricular function,clinical efficacy and adverse reaction rate were compared.Results The proportion of NYHA improvement in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of BNP,total cholesterol(TC),and triglyceride(TG)in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of patients ST-T in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),stroke index(SI),cardiac output(CO)levels were higher in the treatment group than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(96.00%vs.56.00%,P<0.05).No obvious adverse drug reactions occurred during the treatment in both groups,which had high safety.Conclusion The application of the Yiqi Bufei Decoction can effectively ameliorate various symptoms in patients with coronary heart disease of lung deficiency and blood stasis type,with good efficacy and unobvious adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
