协同治理视域下中超联赛股东利益博弈模型构建

Construction of Shareholders' Interests Game Model in Chinese Super League from the Perspective of Collaborative Governance

借助协同治理理论对中超联赛股东之间协同关系进行分析,并构建中超联赛股东(大股东与中小股东)利益博弈模型,结合模型对股东利益博弈状态进行分析。结果显示:大股东与中小股东身份、地位、利益目标等方面存在差异,一定程度上阻碍了联赛协同治理。联赛大股东有利益侵占的动机,随着协同收益增大,侵占动机表现得越明显,最终影响联赛整体商业价值。因此,要加强联赛内部激励和监督机制,约束大股东利益侵占行为,建设完善的协同治理机制,充分发挥股东间协同治理的作用。

With the help of the theory of collaborative governance,this paper analyzes the synergy between the shareholders of Chinese Super League and constructs the interest game model of these shareholders(including large shareholders and small shareholders),and analyzes the shareholders'interests game state based on the model.The results show that there are differences in the status and interests between large shareholders and small and medium shareholders,which hinders the coordination management of the league to some extent.The large shareholders of the league have the motivation of interest encroachment.As the synergy income increases,the encroachment motivation becomes more obvious,which ultimately affects the overall business value of the league.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the internal incentive and supervision mechanism of the league,restrict the behavior of large shareholders to reduce interest encroachment,build a sound synergy mechanism,and give full play to the synergy management between shareholders.
