风机基础设计新旧规范对比分析

摘要 风机基础规范《陆上风电场工程风电机组基础设计规范》(NB/T 10311—2019)于2020年实施,该规范从设计标准、设计方法到参数选取,相比于《风电机组地基基础设计规定(试行)》(FD 003—2007)较为完善,使风机基础设计具备明确的参考依据,提高了规范的系统性和适用性。本文分析归纳了新规范修订条款及应用要点,主要包括:承载力计算、荷载分项系数选取、脱开面积控制等方面。结合某山地风电场实际项目,以重力扩展基础形式为计算模型,进行工程量差异对比,分析新旧规范条款对风机基础工程量大小的敏感度影响,总结优化设计措施,降低基础工程量。 The foundation specifications for wind turbines Code for Basic Design of Wind Turbine Units for Onshore Wind Farm Engineering(NB/T 10311—2019)was implemented in 2020.Compared with Design regulations on subgrade and foundation for wind turbine generator system(trial)(FD 003—2007)the specification is more complete from design standards design methods to parameter selection.Therefore the foundation design of wind turbines has a clear reference basis and the system and applicability of the specification are improved.This article analyzed and summarized the revised clauses and application points of the new code including calculation of bearing capacity selection of load sub-factors and control of release area.Combining the actual project of a mountain wind farm using the gravity expansion foundation as the calculation model the difference in engineering quantity was compared the sensitivity of the new and old specifications on the wind turbine foundation engineering quantity was analyzed and the optimization design measures were summarized to reduce the basic engineering quantity.
