响应面法优化沙棘果粉黄酮提取工艺的研究 被引量:13

摘要 为了探究沙棘果粉黄酮提取的最佳工艺条件,以乙醇做提取溶剂,采用索氏提取法提取黄酮,响应面试验优化提取工艺,探究了提取次数、乙醇浓度、提取时间和料液比4个因素对沙棘果粉黄酮提取量的影响。结果显示:在乙醇浓度为75%,料液比为1∶25,提取时间为2.0 h,提取次数为2次的条件下,沙棘果粉黄酮提取量最高,该试验方法较为准确、可靠、稳定,为探究沙棘果粉中黄酮等成分的提取提供了参考依据。 In order to explore the optimal technological conditions for the extraction of flavonoids from Hippophae rhamnoides Linn.powder,ethanol is as the extraction solution,the flavonoids are extracted by Soxhlet extraction method,the extraction process is optimized by response surface methodology,the effect of the four factors such as extraction times,ethanol concentration,extraction time and ratio of solid to liquid on the extraction amount of flavonoids from Hippophae rhamnoides Linn.powder is studied.The experimental results indicate that the extraction amount of flavonoids from Hippophae rhamnoides Linn.powder is the highest under the conditions that the ethanol content is 75%,the ratio of solid to liquid is 1∶25,the extraction time is 2.0 hours and the extraction times is 2.This experimental method is accurate,reliable and stable,it has provided a reference for the extraction of flavonoids from Hippophae rhamnoides Linn.powder.
