基于POI数据的苏南城市生活便利度评价

Study on Urban Living Convenience based on POI:A Case of Southern Jiangsu

生活便利度是评价宜居城市与公共服务均等化的重要指标.POI作为代表性的空间点状数据,为公共服务设施空间分布及其便利度评价提供了新的方法.基于苏南4市2018年的POI数据,构建8项准则层、28项指标层的城市生活便利度评价体系.研究结果表明:日常购物、教育设施、交通设施、医疗设施等因素对城市生活便利度指数影响较大;苏南城市生活便利度由高到低依次为苏州市0.96、南京市0.95、无锡市0.85、常州市0.82,呈现典型的经济指向与行政关系指向;苏南城市生活服务设施均呈现显著的"集聚-分散"态势,但"中心-外围"结构呈分异的布局模式.

Living convenience was an important index of the evaluation of livable city and public service equalization.POI as a representative spatial point data,provides a new method for the spatial distribution and convenience evaluation of public service facilities.Based on the POI data of Southern Jiangsu in 2018,this paper constructed an urban living convenience evaluation system with 8 criteria and 28 indicators.Daily shopping,educational facilities,transportation facilities,medical facilities and other factors have a great impact on the index of urban living convenience.The convenience of life in Southern Jiangsu is 0.96 in Suzhou,0.95 in Nanjing,0.85 in Wuxi,and 0.82 in Changzhou from high to low,showing typical economic orientation and administrative orientation.The life and service facilities in Southern Jiangsu all show a significant tendency of agglomeration-dispersion,but the structure of core-peripheral presents a differentiated layout pattern.
