去核橄榄油渣对泌乳水牛产奶量及奶品质的影响 被引量:2

摘要 试验以去核橄榄油渣为试验原料,评估其对泌乳水牛产奶量、乳成分、乳抗氧化物质及脂肪酸组成的影响。选择12头初始体重一致的泌乳奶牛,随机分为2组,对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理组用7%的去核橄榄油渣替代基础日粮。结果:试验组生育酚含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。但对照组浓缩料中C10:0、C12:0、C14:0、C16:0、C18:2n-6、C18:3n-3和C20:5n-3脂肪酸显著高于试验组浓缩料(P<0.05),而试验组浓缩料C18:1n-9脂肪酸浓度显著高于对照组浓缩料(P<0.05)。对照组和处理组对泌乳水牛的采食量、体重、日增重、体况评分、泌乳量、乳脂肪、乳蛋白和乳糖浓度均无显著影响(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,处理组乳中α-生育酚、γ-生育酚、γ-三烯生育酚、生育酚总量和视黄醇浓度均显著升高(P<0.05),但硫代巴比妥酸反应物显著降低19.60%(P<0.05)。试验组C18:2n-6和C18:4n-6脂肪酸较对照组显著提高32.29%和50%外(P<0.05),对其他脂肪酸浓度的影响无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:泌乳水牛日粮中添加去核橄榄油渣对泌乳量、乳品质及奶酪制作性能无负面影响,同时可以提高乳中天然抗氧化物质的浓度,降低饱和与不饱和脂肪酸比例。 The effects of nucleated olive oil residue on milk yield,milk composition,antioxidant and fatty acid composition of lactating buffalo were evaluated.12 lactating cows with the same initial weight were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was fed the basal diet,and the treatment group was fed with 7%keratinized olive oil residue instead of the basal diet.Results:the content of tocopherol in the test concentrate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).However,the concentration of C10:0,C12:0,C14:0,C16:0,C18:2n-6,C18:3n-3 and C20:5n-3 fatty acids in the control group was significantly higher than that in the test group(P<0.05),while the concentration of C18:1n-9 fatty acids in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The control group and treatment group had no significant effect on feed intake,body weight,daily weight gain,body condition score,lactation volume,milk fat,milk protein and lactose concentration of lactating buffalo(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,α-tocopherol,γ-tocopherol,γ-tocotrienols,total tocopherol and retinol concentration in milk in the treatment group were significantly increased(P<0.05),but the thiobarbiturate reactants were significantly decreased by 19.60%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,C18:2n-6 and C18:4n-6 fatty acids in the test group were significantly increased by 32.29%and 50%(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the influence on the concentration of other fatty acids(P>0.05).Conclusion:the addition of nucleated olive oil residue to lactation buffalo diet has no negative effect on lactation quantity,dairy quality and cheese production performance,and can increase the concentration of natural antioxidants in milk and reduce the proportion of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids.
