摘要
开发一套基于球头铣刀的螺旋转子加工系统,并对其性能进行测试。使用solidworks对螺旋转子进行三维建模,并对加工时螺旋转子与球形铣刀的干涉进行计算,采用Matlab设计螺旋转子加工系统GUI界面,利用该加工系统完成螺旋转子加工并进行螺旋转子泵空载测试。该系统可以确保螺旋转子加工刀具的正确选择,并能够实现螺旋转子粗加工及精加工时起始点、终止点和空间运动轨迹的可视化监测,螺旋转子泵的空载容积效率达到75%,转速低于6000 r/min时,实际流量与理论流量基本相同,无泄漏现象发生。该系统加工的螺旋转子泵运行平稳,振动及噪声极小,验证螺旋转子加工的准确性。
To develop a machining system of helical rotor based on spherical milling tool and test its performance.Three-dimensional model of helical rotor was built using solidworks.The interference between helical rotor and spherical milling tool was calculated.GUI Interface of machining system of helical rotor was designed using Matlab software.The helical rotor was processed using this machining system and test the helical rotor pump.The machining system can choose machining accurately,and visual monitoring for rough machining and fine machining of helical rotor can be realized.The volumetric efficiency of helical rotor pump reached 75%,when the rotating speed is lower than 6000 r/min,the actual flow is basically the same as the theoretical flow,and there is no leakage.The screw rotor pump processed by this system runs smoothly,and its vibration and noise are very small,which verifies the accuracy of the screw rotor processing.
