保护性耕作推广应用现状及对策分析

Application status and countermeasure analysis of conservation tillage

保护性耕作具有防治农田水土流失、蓄水保墒、培肥地力等作用,对促进农业绿色可持续发展意义重大。本文在研究和分析国外先进保护性耕作做法经验的基础上,介绍我国保护性耕作推广应用情况,并从应用面积、应用范围、装备水平、技术模式和应用效果等方面的发展现状和趋势进行分析,指出保护性耕作发展过程中在农艺技术、机具性能、农民认识和投入保障方面的问题,并提出相应的对策建议,以期为保护性耕作在适宜区域的推广应用提供借鉴和参考。

Owing to the positive functions of conservation tillage on soil erosion prevention,soil water conservation,fertilizing the soil;it is of great significance to the sustainable development of agriculture.Based on the research and analysis of foreign advanced experience and practices of conservation tillage,the promotion and application of conservation tillage in China were introduced,and the development status and trends in terms of application area,application range,equipment level,technical model and application effect were analyzed in this paper.Some problems in the process of its development,such as agricultural technology,machinery performance,farmers’understanding and capital investment,were pointed out,and the corresponding suggestions were put forward,for providing reference for the promotion and application of conservation tillage in suitable areas.
