摘要
猪胚胎附植过程中,胚胎形态发生剧烈转变,从卵圆形迅速变成丝状,这一阶段被称为猪胚胎形态快速转变期,又叫滋养层快速伸长期。猪胚胎滋养层的快速伸长对胚胎的正常发育及成功附植至关重要。影响附植期猪胚胎形态转变的关键基因主要为fgf4、il1b2和ifn,敲除这些基因将导致囊胚内胚层不分化、滋养层不能伸长等后果,从而导致胚胎发育失败而死亡。本文主要综述了猪附植期胚胎发育过程及影响猪胚胎形态转变关键基因,为进一步研究猪早期胚胎附植过程调控机制提供参考。
During the phase of pig embryos implantation,a stage of the drastic morphological transformation of porcine embryos from ovoid to filamentous is called the rapid transformation of pig embryos morphology,which is also known as the rapid elongation of trophoblasts.The rapid elongation of the porcine embryo trophoblast is essential for the normal development of the embryo and successful implantation.Studies have shown that the key genes affecting the morphological transformation of pig embryos during the rapid elongation phase are mainly FGF4,IL1B2 and IFN.Knocking out these genes will lead to the undifferentiation of blastocyst endoderm and the inability of trophoblasts to elongate,which will cause embryonic development failure and death.In this paper,the developmental process of pig embryos and the key genes affecting the morphological transformation of pig embryos were reviewed,which provided a reference for further study on the regulation mechanism of pig early embryo implantation.
