摘要
本研究旨在利用傅里叶红外光谱技术对豆粕、双低菜粕及普通菜粕碳水化合物的分子结构进行测定与分析,并结合康奈尔净碳水化合物和蛋白质体系(CNCPS)、NRC模型分析其碳水化合物相关组分、真可消化养分与能值,评价3种饲料原料的营养价值。结果显示:豆粕的纤维素复合物峰高、峰面积均极显著高于双低菜粕及普通菜粕,双低菜粕纤维素复合物峰高极显著高于普通菜粕;豆粕中的酸性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤木质素含量显著低于普通菜粕;碳水化合物组分剖分中,豆粕内不可利用的中性洗涤纤维含量显著低于普通菜粕;豆粕的维持水平消化能、生产水平代谢能、泌乳净能均显著高于普通菜粕。综上,从碳水化合物利用角度而言,豆粕饲用价值较高,双低菜粕次之,普通菜粕最差。
The objective of this study was to use Fourier infrared spectroscopy technology to detect the carbohydrates molecular structure differences among soybean meal,canola meal and rapeseed meal.In combination with Cornell net carbohydrate and protein system(CNCPS)and NRC model,the differences in carbohydrate related components and true digestible nutrients and energy values were analyzed,and the nutritional values of the three feed materials were finally evaluated.The results showed that the peak height and peak area of cellulose complex of soybean meal were significantly higher than that of canola meal and rapeseed meal,and the peak height of cellulose complex of canola meal was significantly higher than that of the rapeseed meal.The content of acid detergent fiber(ADF)and lignin in soybean meal was significantly lower than that in rapeseed meal.The content of neutral detergent insoluble crude protein(NDICP)in soybean meal was significantly lower than that in rapeseed meal.Digestible energy at maintenance level(DE1×),metabolic energy at 3 times maintenance level net energy for lactation at 3 times maintenance level(NELp)of soybean meal were significantly higher than those of t rapeseed meal.In conclusion,from the perspective of carbohydrate utilization to ruminants,soybean meal had higher nutrition value,then canola meal,and the last is the rapeseed meal.
