不同乙烯淤浆聚合工艺制备的PE100级管材性能 被引量:1

Performance analysis of PE100 resin produced by different slurry ethylene polymerization processes

摘要 选取了几套淤浆聚合工艺生产的PE100树脂,包括CX树脂、Hostalen树脂、ADL树脂和Inoes树脂,利用GPC、DSC、13C NMR等方法,分析了不同PE100产品的分子量及其分布、热性能和共聚性能,并考察了不同PE100管材的力学性能和流变性能等。实验结果表明,相对其他树脂,CX树脂的分子量分布宽度适中,拥有更多的系带分子,具有较好的耐环境应力开裂性能、耐慢速裂纹增长性能、抗蠕变性能以及较高的冲击强度。CX树脂结晶度较高,树脂中共聚单体更均匀地分散在大分子上,且共聚单体为分子链较短的丁烯。CX树脂具有较强的拉伸性能,成颈宽度较宽,制备的管材制品抗熔垂能力较强,挤出加工性能优异。 Several PE100 resins prepared by different slurry polymerization units were selected,including CX,Hostalen,ADL and Inoes resin.The molecular weight and its distribution,thermal performance,copolymerization performance,mechanical properties and rheology property of PE100 pipe resins were studied by GPC,DSC,13C NMR.The result shows that PE100 pipe resins produced by CX process have a moderate molecular weight distribution,more tie molecule,better environmental stress crack resistance,preferable resistance to slow crack growth,even better creep resistance and high impact strength.With high crystallinity of CX resin,comonomers are evenly distributed on polymer macromolecules,and the comonomer is short-chain butene.CX resins have better tensile properties and wider neck width.The pipe products have strong sag resistance and excellent extrusion performance.
