RIC-270二甲苯异构化催化剂的乙苯转化性能研究

摘要 通过优化分子筛性质、改善贵金属负载技术等对RIC-270催化剂进行了性能优化,对比了进口催化剂、RIC-200催化剂、RIC-270催化剂和优化后RIC-270催化剂的性能及工业应用情况。试验结果表明,与其他催化剂相比,优化后的RIC-270催化剂乙苯转化率可达36.6%,工业装置的操作压力低,中间过渡物C8非芳烃含量低,产物中乙苯含量低、对二甲苯含量高,优化了吸附分离装置的进料组成,提高了工业装置的对二甲苯产量。 The performance of the RIC-270 catalyst was optimized by optimizing molecular sieve properties and improving noble metal loading technology.The performance and industrial application of imported catalysts,RIC-200 catalysts,RIC-270 catalysts,and optimized RIC-270 catalysts were compared.The result shows that compared with other catalysts,the optimized RIC-270 catalyst can achieve ethylbenzene conversion of 36.6%,the operating pressure of industrial plant is low,the intermediate transition C8 nonaromatic content is low,the ethylbenzene content in the product is low,and the p-xylene content is high.The feed composition of the adsorption separation unit is optimized,and the p-xylene yield of the unit is increased.
