Dilemma and Realization Path of High-Quality Development of Sports Industry in the New Era

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,探讨体育产业高质量发展的背景和理论内涵,分析发展困境并提出实现路径。体育产业的高质量发展体现在经济层面、产业投入和产出层面、发展模式三个方面,新时代我国体育产业高质量发展面临三大困境:体育产业发展的供给质量有待加强,体育资源要素的服务效率有待提高,体育产业改革和创新的发展动力有待促进。提出实现体育产业高质量发展的路径:以供给体系质量为主攻方向推动体育产业的质量变革,以全要素生产率为核心推动体育产业的效率变革,以科技创新和体育体制改革为重点推动体育产业的动力变革。

Using literature method and logical analysis method,this paper explores the background and theoretical connotation of high-quality development of sports industry.It also analyzes the development dilemma of sports industry,and proposes a realization path.The high-quality development of the sports industry is embodied in three aspects:economic level,industrial input and output level,and development model level.The high-quality development of sports industry in the new era faces three major diffi culties:the supply quality of sports industry needs to be strengthened,the service effi ciency of sports resources factors needs to be improved,and the development power of sports industry reform and innovation needs to be promoted.The path to achieve high-quality development of the sports industry is as follows:enhancing the quality of the sports industry with supply system quality as its main direction,improving the effi ciency of the sports industry with total factor productivity as its core,and accelerating the driver reform of the sports industry,focusing on technological innovation and sports system reform.
