Experience and Enlightenment From Lithuanian Basketball Development

运用文献资料、专家访谈、逻辑分析等方法,研究立陶宛竞技篮球发展经验及对我国的启示。研究发现:立陶宛竞技篮球经历了百余年的历程,取得了较为辉煌的成绩,其发展经验主要为篮球运动成为立陶宛民众的“第二信仰”,成为民族认同的重要表现;“统而不僵”的管理体系;完善的后备人才培养体系;渐进的“金字塔”式赛事体系;长期保持与世界篮球强国的竞技交流。对我国的启示:树立我国篮球运动员良好社会形象;推进地方篮协实体化,盘活篮协管理体系;整合教育、社会资源,完善后备人才培养体系;增强篮球赛事衔接,科学构建赛事体系;力争在亚大赛区构建良好的竞争环境。

This paper analyzes the experience and enlightenment from Lithuanian basketball development by means of literature review,expert interview,logical analysis.Lithuanian basketball achieved excellent results after more than100 years'development.The successful experience of Lithuanian basketball is as follows:basketball is"the second faith"and important source of national identity for Lithuanian with unified but not rigid management system,perfect training system for youth players and pyramid-type system of competition,keeping in touch with top-level basketball countries.The enlightenment to China:build fine social images of basketball players;improve the management system of basketball by the reform of substantializing local basketball associations;improve the youth training system by integrating the resources of school and social;improve the competition system by strengthening the connection of different level leagues;build a better competitive environment in the Asia-Pacific region.
