TEMPO催化氧化芳构化环己基醇合成取代联苯

TEMPO-catalyzed oxidative aromatization of cyclohexyl alcohols for the synthesis of substituted biphenyls

摘要 目的通过研究环己基叔醇的氧化芳构化反应,建立一种取代联苯的简便合成方法。方法使用TEMPO作为催化剂,K2S2O8作为氧化剂,TsOH·H2O为添加剂在EtOAc中回流,制备了取代联苯。结果在最优条件下,合成了6种取代联苯,产率47%~87%,并通过1H NMR和13C NMR等进一步确认了产物结构。结论该方法具有较好的官能团兼容性,有望在有机合成中得到进一步的应用。 Purposes—To establish a practical method for the synthesis of substituted biphenyls,the oxidative aromatization of cyclohexyl alcohols was studied.Methods—Using TEMPO as a catalyst,K2S2O8 as an oxidant and TsOH·H2O as an additive,the substituted biphenyls were obtained in EtOAc.Result—Under the optimal conditions,six examples of substituted biphenyls were produced in yields of 47%to 84%.Further product structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and 13C NMR.Conclusion—The method is compatible with a range of functional groups,which has potential application in the organic synthesis.
