元宝枫叶中的黄酮类成分分析与电喷雾质谱裂解规律研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的分析陕西地区元宝枫叶中黄酮类成分的化学组成,并对其主要成分在电喷雾离子源(ESI)下的质谱裂解规律进行研究。方法采用超声提取法结合系统溶剂法获得元宝枫叶中的黄酮类成分粗提物,使用超高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱(UPLC-TripleTOF)对其进行分析,通过精确分子量比对结合裂解途径分析等方法鉴定其中的化学成分。结果从元宝枫叶中鉴定出14种黄酮苷类和1种黄酮苷元成分,包括槲皮素、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖苷、杨梅素-3-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖苷、山奈酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李吡喃糖苷等,并归纳主要成分的ESI质谱裂解规律。结论明确了陕西地区元宝枫叶中的黄酮类成分的化学组成与质谱行为,本研究可为元宝枫资源的深度开发提供科学依据。 Purposes—To analyze the chemical composition of flavonoids in leaves of Acer truncatum Bunge from Shaanxi,China,and their mass spectrometry pattern in electrospray ionization(ESI).Methods—An ultrasonic extraction method combined with systematic solvent extraction was applied to obtain flavonoids from leaves of Acer truncatum Bunge.The extracts were further analyzed by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-high resolution time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-TripleTOF).Result—Fourteen flavonoid glycoside components and one flavonoid aglycone were identified from the samples,including quercetin,quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside,myricetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside,kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside,etc.The ESI fragment patterns of the main components were also summarized.Conclusion—The chemical composition and mass spectrometry behavior of the flavonoids in the leaves of Acer truncatum Bunge in Shaanxi were clarified,which can provide a scientific basis for the in-depth development of Acer truncatum resources.
