基于POI数据的北京市医疗服务空间格局研究

Research on the spatial pattern of medical services in Beijingbased on POI data

目的探究北京市医疗服务的空间分布特征、集聚程度与集聚模式。方法基于高德地图API爬取的北京市医疗服务POI(Point of Interest)数据,使用标准差椭圆、平均最近邻、核密度估计等方法。结果研究发现:(1)北京市医疗服务设施在空间上呈现"西南—东北"方向性不均衡分布;(2)医疗服务空间分布集聚性强,为集聚模式;(3)具有多个集聚核心,整体上表现为"中密周疏"的格局。结论北京市医疗服务空间分布为多核心集聚分布特征,与人口密度分布特征呈正相关。

Purposes—To investigate the characteristics of spatial distribution,the degree and pattern of agglomeration of the medical services in Beijing,China.Methods—Based on the POI(Point of Interest)data of Beijing’s medical services that was crawled by the AMAP API,the standard deviational ellipse,average nearest neighbor(ANN),and kernel density estimation were used to determine the spatial distribution of medical services in Beijing.Result—It was found that(1)The spatial distribution of medical service facilities in Beijing was spatially uneven from southwest to northeast;(2)The spatial distribution of medical services was highly concentrated,it was a pattern of cluster;(3)It had multiple agglomeration cores,and the overall performance was"center-dense and sparse-around"pattern.Conclusion—The spatial distribution of medical services in Beijing is characterized by multi-core clusters,which is positively correlated with the distribution characteristics of population density.
