射频消融因具有创伤小、并发症少等优点,成为乳腺肿瘤治疗的重要手段之一。本文回顾近十余年发表的相关文献,对射频消融治疗乳腺肿瘤过程中所涉及的技术流程,如适应证、禁忌证、引导方式、消融工具、消融时间、疗效评价等做一综述。

Radiofrequency ablation has become one of the important methods for the treatment of breast tumors due to its advantages of less trauma and fewer complications.This article reviews the relevant literature published in the past ten years,and summarizes the technical procedures involved in the treatment of breast tumors by radiofrequency ablation,such as indications,contraindications,guidance methods,ablation tools,ablation time,and efficacy evaluation.
