摘要
介绍了一种整体多层包扎式容器的制造方法,传统包扎结构易存在深环缝等缺陷,而改进的整体包扎结构可以避免该不足。对某项目中一台DN 1200 mm多层整体包扎冷交换器外壳的受压元件材料进行选择,根据相关标准采用SW6软件计算得到设备本体的壁厚,并对筒体的包扎、封头及端部法兰的焊缝等处进行了受力分析。
A manufacturing method of integral multi-layer wrapping vessel was introduced.The traditional binding structure was prone to defects such as deep ring seams,and the improved integral wrapping structure could avoid this defect.The material of the pressure component of a DN1200 mm multi-layer integrally wrapped cold exchanger shell in a certain project was selected,and the wall thickness of the equipment body was calculated by SW6 software according to relevant standards,the forces of the packing of the cylinder,the welding seam of the head and the end flange were analyzed.
