摘要
通过ADAMS软件建立了夹紧机构机械系统模型,包括零件、约束副、弹性连接、应用力和驱动等。对模型进行运动学仿真,分析夹紧机构中弹簧运动过程中的受力情况并绘制曲线图。研究发现,弹簧上的弹力先变大后减小,减小到一定程度又再增大,从而产生了形如正弦函数的弹力变化曲线图。
The mechanical system model was established by Adams,including parts,constraint pairs,elastic connection,applied force and drive.The kinematics simulation of the model was carried out,and the force of the spring in the clamping mechanism was analyzed and the curve was drawn.It was found that the change of spring force increased first and then decreased,and then increased again when it decreased to a certain extent.Thus,the elastic force curve of sine function was produced.
