为了高效完成海底管道的抢修工作,对海底管道应急抢修技术决策流程进行梳理十分有必要。一般海底管道抢修可分为5个阶段:应急准备阶段,应急处置阶段,应急抢修准备阶段,抢修海上实施阶段以及应急恢复阶段。并对海底管道应急抢修的五个阶段进行了探讨。

In order to efficiently complete submarine pipeline repair work,it was necessary to sort out the technical decision-making process of submarine pipeline emergency repair.General submarine pipeline repair was divided into five stages:emergency preparation stage;emergency disposal stage;emergency repair preparation stage;emergency repair implementation stage and emergency recovery stage.The five stages of emergency repair of submarine pipeline were discussed.
