贵州某电站灯泡贯流式水轮发电机增容改造设计 被引量:4

摘要 灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组与传统的立轴轴流机组相比有着显著的技术经济优势,在我国得到了快速的发展。贵州某电站是20世纪80年代投产的带有试验性质的灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组。由于受当时的技术水平限制,存在着效率较低、绝缘老化、轴承漏油、漏水、机组结构复杂落后、机组安装维护不便等缺陷及安全隐患。湖南云箭集团有限公司按现代先进的灯泡贯流发电机设计制造技术对电站进行增容改造,改进了发电机结构,提升了发电机的效率,消除了原机的安全隐患,优化改善了发电机的安装维护,降低了发电机的总质量,取得了良好的效益。本文介绍了贵州某电站灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组的增容改造设计,可供水电设计同行参考。 Bulb tubular turbine generator unit has significant technical and economic advantage comparing with traditional vertical axis axial flow unit,and it has a rapid development in our country.A power station in Guizhou is an experimental bulb tubular turbine generator set that was put into production in the 1980 s.Since it was limited by technical level at that time,it has safety hazard and disadvantages such as low efficiency,aging insulation,bearing oil leakage,water leakage,structure of the set was complicated and backward,and it is inconvenient to insulate.Hunan Yunjian Technology Co.,Ltd.expanded the capacity and improved the station by using modern advanced designing and manufacturing technology of bulb tubular generator,developed the structure of generator,increased the efficiency of generator,eliminated the safety hazard of original generator,optimized and improved the installation and maintenance of generator,decreased the total weight of generator,got a very good profit.This paper introduced the design of increasing the capacity of bulb tubular turbine generator in a power station in Guizhou,and could be a reference for colleagues who design hydropower devices.
