受废弃油井影响综采工作面H2S综合治理技术应用研究

摘要 为解决双马煤矿受废弃油井H2S侵入影响采煤工作面H2S治理难题,在分析受废弃油井影响油气灾害形成机理基础上,对受废弃油井影响采煤工作面H2S综合治理技术进行了应用研究。构建形成了地面超前封堵和井下局部探测为基础、采前预注碱性吸收液主动治理和采中中高压喷碱性吸收液逐级吸收为核心的综合治理体系,在双马煤矿I0104106工作面马探23废弃油井进行了成功应用。研究结果表明,地面超前封堵有效切断了气体来源,预注碱性吸收液主动吸收措施降低了采煤机割煤硫化氢涌出体积分数,采动期间逐级喷碱性吸收液拦截吸收措施降低了采动H2S扩散体积分数,回风流H2S体积分数最终降低至10×10^-6以下,有效确保综采工作面安全生产。 To solve the problem of difficulty in controlling H2S in working face of Shuangma Coal Mine af⁃fected by intrusive H2S from abandoned oil wells,this article conducts an application research on the H2S comprehensive control technology for the working face affected by abandoned oil wells based on the analysis of the formation mechanism of oil and gas disasters due to abandoned oil wells.A comprehensive control sys⁃tem has been established based on the ground advance plugging and underground local detection,and center⁃ing on the pre-injection of alkaline absorption fluid before the mining for active control and the gradual ab⁃sorption of alkaline absorption fluid injected at medium and high pressures during the mining,which has been successfully applied in the Matan-23 abandoned oil well of I0104106 working face of Shuangma Coal Mine.The research results show that:the ground advance plugging effectively cuts off the gas source;the active absorption measures by pre-injecting the alkaline absorption liquid reduces the emission volume frac⁃tion of H2S due to coal cutting by shearer;the interception and absorption measures by spraying alkaline ab⁃sorption liquid gradually during the mining reduces the diffusion volume fraction of H2S;and the volume frac⁃tion of H2S in return air current is finally reduced to less than 10×10^-6,effectively ensuring the safe produc⁃tion of fully mechanized working face.
