哈尔乌素露天煤矿道路参数与卡车限速匹配分析

Analysis on Matching Conditions Between Road Parameters and Truck Limiting Speed in Ha'erwusu Open-pit Coal Mine

为提高露天煤矿卡车限制运行速度,达到提高露天煤矿卡车运输效率的目的,采用理论分析与现场试验的方法,研究哈尔乌素露天煤矿现有矿山运输道路参数与卡车限速的匹配情况。研究过程中分析了道路参数与卡车限速之间的匹配情况、卡车提高限制运行速度后停车视距的变化情况。研究结果表明,现有矿山运输道路满足卡车限制运行速度30km/h和40km/h的要求,但卡车提高限制运行速度后,停车视距增加,需增加卡车停车视距。

In order to increase the limiting speed of trucks in open-pit coal mines to achieve higher trans⁃port efficiency correspondingly,this article researches the matching conditions between the existing mine transport road parameters and the truck limiting speed in Ha'erwusu Open-pit Coal Mine by adopting both theoretical analysis and field test.The matching conditions between road parameters and truck limiting speed,and the change of stopping sight distance after increasing the truck limiting speed are analyzed in the research.The research results show that the existing mine transport roads meet the requirements of truck limiting speed(30 km/h and 40 km/h),but the stopping sight distance increases with the increased truck limiting speed,so it is necessary to increase the stopping sight distance of trucks.
