采煤工作面巷道布置方案优化及其应用

摘要 矿井采掘工作面的布置除因采场布置需要外,还要解决运输系统(材料、运煤)、通风系统、排水系统等生产环节的问题,且在工作面巷道开口施工时存在运输系统不完善或通风系统不合理等情况。本文就梅花井煤矿在采掘工作面布置时如何综合兼顾无轨胶轮车运输、皮带运输系统、通风系统等情况展开论述,在减少采掘工作面准备巷道工程量、节省生产投入、缩短工作面准备时间的同时,还避免了采掘工作面巷道开口施工时阶段性存在运输系统不完善、通风系统不合理等问题的出现,为类似矿井采掘工作面的设计布置提供了参考。 In addition to the needs of stope layout,the problems of production links such as transport sys⁃tem(materials,coal handling),ventilation system,and drainage system shall also be solved during the lay⁃out of mine working face.Moreover,the incomplete transportation system or unreasonable ventilation system often exists in the opening construction of the working face roadway.This article discusses how to take into account of the trackless rubber tyred vehicle transport,belt conveying system,ventilation system,etc.in the layout of working face in Meihuajing Coal Mine.The optimized scheme can not only help reduce the en⁃gineering amount of preparation roadway,save production investment,and shorten the preparation time of working face,but also help avoid the staged problems such as incomplete transportation system and unreason⁃able ventilation system in the opening construction of working face roadway,providing a reference for the de⁃sign and layout of similar mine working faces.
