高位定向钻孔“以孔代巷”抽采临近层瓦斯研究与应用 被引量:7

摘要 在原有高位顺层岩石钻孔抽采M8煤层瓦斯的基础上,通过引进大功率定向钻进设备施工“以孔代巷”高位定向钻孔,进一步加大抽采临近层卸压瓦斯和采空区顶板裂隙瓦斯。定向钻孔设置在M9煤层上方12m位置的粉砂岩中,通过实施的3个定向钻孔,累计钻孔834m,抽采瓦斯37.1万m3;原有高位顺层岩石钻孔百米抽采量为134.64m3,定向钻孔百米抽采量为811.58m3,“以孔代巷”定向钻孔百米抽采量为高位钻场顺层岩石孔的6倍,为治理临近层瓦斯提供了一种高效的技术手段。 On the basis of gas extraction from M8 coal seam by the original high-level drilling holes along the seam,the high-power directional drilling equipment is introduced to construct high-level directional drill⁃ing holes for"replacing roadways with holes",so as to further increase the extraction of pressure relief gas from adjacent seams and gas from goaf roof crack.The directional drilling holes are set up in the siltstone 12 m above the M9 coal seam.The three directional drilling holes constructed have a total of 834 m,and the gas extraction capacity of 371,000 m3;the extraction capacity per 100 m of the original high-level drill⁃ing holes along the seam is 134.64 m3,while that of the directional drilling holes is 811.58 m3,that is,the latter is six times the former,providing an efficient technical means for gas control in adjacent seams.
