摘要
瓦斯、煤尘爆炸是煤矿生产中的重大灾害,抑制瓦斯、煤尘爆炸,防止事故灾害范围的扩大,一直是我国煤矿乃至世界上所有产煤国家的重大研究课题[1]。为改善传统隔爆装置抑爆效果差、移动频繁及维护工作量大等缺陷,许多新型的矿用隔爆装置相继问世,本课题所研制开发的煤矿井下自动隔爆装置[2]就是在这种背景下研制成功的,它是利用爆炸冲击波触发连杆机构,高效灭火剂从高压气腔内迅速喷出,形成灭火剂云雾团,从而将爆炸火焰控制在最小范围内,达到有效地隔绝火焰的目的[3]。
Gas and coal dust explosions are major disasters in coal mine production.Minimizing gas and coal dust explosions and preventing the expansion of accident disasters have always been a major research topic of domestic coal mines and all coal-producing countries in the world[1].In order to correct the defects such as poor explosion suppression effect,frequent movement and large maintenance workload of traditional explosion-proof devices,many new-style mine explosion-proof devices have come out in succession.The un⁃derground automatic explosion-proof device for coal mine[2]in this subject is successfully developed in such a context.It makes use of explosive shock wave to trigger the link mechanism,and the high-efficiency fire extinguishing agent is quickly ejected from high-pressure air chamber to form a cloud of fire extinguishing agent,thereby controlling the explosion flame to a minimum range and effectively isolating flame[3].
