摘要 管式空气预热器是电站锅炉尾部重要换热设备,但其漏风问题影响了整个机组的经济、安全运行。通过对三家电厂管式空气预热器设备运行状况、检修治理比对分析,对其漏风危害、机理进行总结,提出了运行优化、设备检修、技术改造协同治理措施,提高空预器换热效率,降低漏风,确保机组的长周期安全、稳定、可靠、经济运行。 The air leakage of the tubular air preheater,the important heat-exchange equipment at the rear of the power plant boiler,can affect the economical and safe operation of the whole unit.By comparing and analyzing the operation state,overhaul,and governance of the tubular air preheaters of three power plants and summarizing the hazards and mechanism of the air leakage,this article proposes a collaborative gover⁃nance measure of operation optimization,equipment overhaul,and technical transformation which can im⁃prove the heat exchange efficiency of the air preheater and decrease the air leakage,thus ensuring the longperiod safe,stable,reliable,and economical operation of the unit.
