摘要
某电厂DG1024/17.4-II18型循环流化床锅炉发生返料腿与炉膛结合处水冷壁泄漏,通过结合锅炉炉膛整体膨胀情况、返料腿金属膨胀节膨胀状态、返料腿与炉膛结合处密封装置安装情况以及水冷壁泄漏同类型部位无损检测情况等方面进行故障原因分析。认为返料腿膨胀节实际膨胀量不满足设计要求导致热膨胀应力过大、返料腿与炉膛结合处密封装置设计结构存在缺陷导致应力集中以及安装方式不符合设计要求,三方面原因综合导致水冷壁上产生裂纹并出现泄漏。
Along with the rapid development of the industrial construction of the Ningdong Energy and Chem⁃ical Industry Base,the industrial solid waste is characterized by large quantity,high speed,and striking con⁃tradiction between discharge and storage.By combining the current situation of the ash residues of the Ning⁃dong Energy and Chemical Industry Base with the existing application technology,this article analyzes the problem trends of resource utilization of the ash residues of the Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base and proposes some opinions and insights.
