介绍《个人健康信息码》系列标准出台的背景和主要内容,重点解读健康码应用的参考模型和基于该模型的异地应用互通互认方案,提出参考模型具有适应其他个人信息利用场景的的通用性,据此展望了该标准的扩展应用。

This paper briefly introduces the background and main contents of the series of standards of personal health information code(PHIC),focuses on the interpretation of the PHIC reference model and the scheme of mutual recognition of remote applications based on the model.It puts forward that the reference model can be used in other scenarios of personal information utilization,and the extended application of the standard is prospected.
