改良模式对脑梗死合并糖尿病患者全自动摆药机口服安全给药的影响

Effect of modified model on oral safe administration of automatic oral drug dispensing machine for patients with cerebral infarction and diabetes mellitus

目的:研究改良模式对脑梗死合并糖尿病患者全自动摆药机口服安全给药的临床影响。方法:2018年3月-2019年3月收治脑梗死合并糖尿病患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用常规全自动摆药机进行摆药等工作,研究组采用改良模式的全自动摆药机进行摆药等工作。比较两组口服给药差错率、查对药品准确率、患者及护理工作人员的满意度。结果:研究组患者口服给药差错率低于对照组,查对药品准确率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者及护理工作人员满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对脑梗死合并糖尿病患者采用改良模式的全自动摆药机,能提高患者用药准时性,保证药物临床效果,更好地控制患者病情。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of modified model on oral safe administration of automatic oral drug dispensing machine for patients with cerebral infarction and diabetes mellitus.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2019,100 patients with cerebral infarction and diabetes mellitus were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group used a conventional automatic dispensing machine for dispensing drugs.The research group used the modified automatic oral drug dispensing machine to carry on the dispensing work.The error rate of oral administration,the accuracy rate of checking drugs,the satisfaction of patients and nursing staffs were compared between two groups.Results:The error rate of oral administration to patients in the study group was lower than the control group,the accuracy of checking drugs of the study group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients and nursing staffs in the study group was higher than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified automatic oral drug dispensing machine for patients with cerebral infarction and diabetes mellitus can improve the punctuality of medication to patients,it can ensure the clinical effect of drugs and control the patient's condition better.
