维生素AD滴剂联合蛋白琥珀酸铁口服液治疗婴幼儿缺铁性贫血的临床观察

Clinical observation of vitamin AD drops combined with protein iron succinate oral liquid in the treatment of infantile iron deficiency anemia

目的:观察应用维生素AD滴剂联合蛋白琥珀酸铁口服液治疗婴幼儿缺铁性贫血(IDA)的效果。方法:2019年1-12月收治婴幼儿IDA患儿100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组应用蛋白琥珀酸铁口服液治疗;试验组应用维生素AD滴剂联合蛋白琥珀酸铁口服液治疗。比较两组患儿治疗前后血红蛋白(Hb)、血清铁(SI)、铁蛋白(SF)及网织红细胞(Rtc)百分比等指标水平、治疗总有效率及不良反应发生率。结果:试验组治疗2周、4周Hb、SI、SF等指标水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组Rtc百分比及不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用维生素AD滴剂联合蛋白琥珀酸铁口服液治疗幼儿IDA的效果显著,能有效改善Hb、SI、SF等指标水平,提升治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of vitamin AD drops combined with protein iron succinate oral liquid in the treatment of infantile iron deficiency anemia(IDA).Methods:From January to December 2019,100 infants with IDA were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with protein iron succinate oral liquid.The experimental group was treated with vitamin AD drops combined with protein iron succinate oral liquid.We compared the index levels of Hemoglobin(HB),serum iron(SI),ferritin(SF)and reticulocyte(RTC)percentages before and after treatment,total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,Hb,SI and SF were significantly higher than those in the control group after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the percentage of RTC and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of vitamin AD drops combined with protein iron succinate oral liquid in the treatment of infantile IDA is significant,it can effectively improve Hb,SI,SF and other indicators,and improve the treatment effect.
