夫西地酸乳膏联合红蓝光治疗玫瑰痤疮的临床疗效观察

Clinical curative effect observation of Fusidic acid cream combined with red and blue light in the treatment of rose acne

目的:探讨夫西地酸乳膏联合红蓝光治疗玫瑰瘗疮的临床效果。方法:2017年4月-2020年4月收治玫瑰痤疮患者80例,按不同治疗方案分为两组,各40例。对照组给予夫西地酸乳膏治疗;观察组给予夫西地酸乳膏联合红蓝光治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后各项症状积分、各时间段皮损评分及复发率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:夫西地酸乳膏联合红蓝光治疗玫瑰痤疮,可显著改善患者临床症状,并降低皮损程度,且不会增加不良反应。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Fusidic acid cream combined with red and blue light in the treatment of rose acne.Methods:From April 2017 to April 2020,80 cases of rose acne patients were selected and they were divided into the two groups according to different treatment regimens with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Fusidic acid cream.The observation group was treated with Fusidic acid cream combined with red and blue light.The clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:The total efficiency of treatment in the observation group was higher than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of symptoms,skin lesion score and recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fusidic acid cream combined with red and blue light in the treatment of rose acne can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the degree of skin lesions,without increasing adverse reactions.
