经皮伤椎置钉短节段椎弓根固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的疗效分析 被引量:1

Analysis of the curative effect of short segment pedicle fixation of percutaneous place pedicle screw in injured vertebra in the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture

摘要 目的:研究经皮伤椎置钉短节段椎弓根固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的效果及可行性。方法:2016年1月-2019年1月收治胸腰椎骨折患者50例,均行伤椎短节段椎弓根固定治疗。比较术前和6个月患者伤椎前缘高度、患者症状和脊髓神经功能改善情况及内固定稳定性。结果:术中未出现相关并发症,术后也无固定失败。术后半年,所有患者伤椎前缘高度高于术前,且Cobb's角低于术前(P<0.05);所有患者JOA评分高于术前,而VAS评分低于术前(P<0.05)。结论:经伤椎短节段椎弓根固定可以增加内固定系统稳定性,是一种安全、可靠、有效治疗胸腰椎骨折的方法。 Objective:To study the effect and feasibility of short segment pedicle fixation of percutaneous place pedicle screw in injured vertebra in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.Methods:From January 2016 to January 2019,50 patients with thoracolumbar fracture were selected,and all of them received short segment pedicle fixation.Spinal nerve function,degree of fracture reduction and internal fixation condition were compared between preoperative and postoperative 6 months.Results:There were no related complications during the operation and there was no fixation failure after surgey.6 months after the operation,the anterior edge height of the injured vertebra was better,the post-operative points of JOA were better contrasted to preoperative scores,while Cobb's angle and VAS score were lower than those before the operation.Conclusion:Short segment pedicle fixation of injured vertebra can increase the stability of internal fixation system,and it is a safe,reliable and effective method for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.
