参芪地黄汤加减治疗慢性肾脏病Ⅱ~Ⅳ期临床疗效观察

Observation on clinical effect of modified Shenqi Dihuang decoction in treating Ⅱ-Ⅳ stage of chronic kidney disease

目的:观察参芪地黄汤加减治疗慢性肾脏病Ⅱ~Ⅳ期的临床疗效。方法:2018年3月-2019年8月收治慢性肾脏病Ⅱ~Ⅳ期患者70例,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组开展常规治疗;观察组在常规治疗基础上添加中药汤剂参芪地黄汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后血肌酐及血尿素氮水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上加用中药汤剂参芪地黄汤加减治疗慢性肾脏病,能够获得更加显著的疗效,患者用药后血肌酐与血尿素氮水平明显降低,肾功能获得改善,且不良反应率低。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Shenqi Dihuang decoction in treating stage Ⅱ-Ⅳ of chronic kidney disease.Methods:From March 2018 to August 2019,70 patients with stage Ⅱ-Ⅳ of chronic kidney disease were admitted,they were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment.The observation group was treated with modified Shenqi Dihuang decoction on the basis of conventional treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen levels in the observation group were lower than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,adding modified traditional Chinese herbal decoction of Shenqi Dihuang to treat chronic kidney disease can achieve more significant effects,the levels of serum creatinine and blood urea nitrogen decrease significantly,the renal function is improved and the incidence of adverse reaction is low.
