超声造影在乳腺癌诊断及疗效评估中的应用研究

Application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of breast cancer

目的:探究在乳腺癌诊断及疗效评估中运用超声造影的临床价值。方法:2018年2月-2019年9月收治乳腺癌患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。观察组给予超声造影诊断;对照组给予常规超声诊断。比较两组诊断效果。结果:观察组诊断检出率、确诊率及诊断满意度均高于对照组,且误诊率、漏诊率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。化疗后超声造影的增强面积及增强强度均低于化疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在乳腺癌诊断及疗效评估中运用超声造影,可以实现对患者疾病的有效诊断,能够对肿瘤灌注、大小情况进行严密监测,提高诊断满意度。

Objective:To explore the clinical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of breast cancer.Methods:From February 2018 to September 2019,90 patients with breast cancer were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 45 patients in each group.The observation group was given contrast-enhanced ultrasound diagnosis.The control group was given conventional ultrasound diagnosis.We compared the diagnostic results of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the diagnosis detection rate,diagnosis rate and diagnosis satisfaction rate were higher than those in the control group,and the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After chemotherapy,the enhanced area and intensity of contrast-enhanced ultrasound were lower than those before chemotherapy,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of breast cancer can realize the effective diagnosis of the patient's disease,can closely monitor the tumor perfusion and size,and improve the diagnosis satisfaction.
