In the physical examination for community residents,it is found that the trend of hypertension is getting younger,so how to reduce the incidence of hypertension has become an urgent problem to be solved.This article introduces the causes of hypertension and the dangers of hypertension,explains the contents of health education,finds out the existing problems of community hypertension health education,puts forward the countermeasures to solve the existing problems of community hypertension health education,so that patients can know more about hypertension,it is hoped that to a certain extent,the increase in morbidity and mortality of hypertension can be curbed.
