摘要
目的:探讨PBL教学模式在全科医生培训教学中的应用效果。方法:选取城市医院全科医生转岗培训学员47名,分为两组。对照组采用传统教学方法;观察组采用PBL教学法。比较两组教学效果及满意度。结果:观察组培训后考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PBL教学法在全科医生培训中教学效果明显。
Objective:To explore the application effect of PBL teaching mode in general practitioner training and teaching.Methods:47 general practitioners in urban hospitals were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was used traditional teaching method.The observation group was used PBL teaching method.The teaching effect and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The score of the observation group after training was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL teaching method is effective in general practitioner training.
