High heeled shoes have always been a double-edged sword that fashion women love and hate.They can make people upright,but wearing high-heeled shoes for too long will cause swelling and pain of feet and instability of walking.This paper analyzes the comfort of high-heeled shoes,and analyzes the basic design of improving the comfort of high-heeled shoes from the fabric to the design level.It focuses on the design of a kind of high-heeled shoes with changeable heels,including the unique design of soles and heels.
