Project management is an important part of the project construction,the purpose is to through to the limited resources to effectively plan and organize,to control to achieve the goals of construction project management,so as to ensure the smooth progress of civil engineering.Through the survey found,however,there are some problems in the process of management,this thesis is to discuss how to strengthen the civil construction site safety management.
