摘要
介绍了翻边模结构设计、加工工艺和装配方法。该模具主要通过“梳型弹料板”的结构,达到8mm的大行程,使弹料顺畅,制件顶出不变形,满足翻边90°的要求,根部圆角过渡,达到制件的使用标准。
This paper focuses on the structure design,processing technology and assembly method of flanging die.The die mainly through the"comb type elastic plate"structure,to achieve a large stroke of 8mm,so that the elastic material smooth,product ejection does not deform,meet the requirements of 90°flanging,the root corner transition,meet the use standard of the product.
