摘要
冲压模具实体结构的设计更多的停留在经验标准的套用,这导致了模具实体结构可能存在刚度不够,或冗余刚度太多、结构笨重、成本高昂等情况。以某车型的铝板侧围制件为研究对象,联合Autoform和Ansys仿真软件对模具结构刚度进行了验证分析。针对性的提供了优化方案,并进行验证。结果证明针对性的优化作用明显,改善了结构刚度,使模具刚度达到设计要求。该结构验证过程为类似的制件生产可提供借鉴意义。
The design of the solid structure of the stamping die is more based on the application of empirical standards.As a result,the die solid structure may have insufficient rigidity,or excessive rigidity,bulky structure,high cost and so on.To solve this problem,in this paper,a aluminum plate bodyside of a certain model car is taken as the research object,and the structural stiffness of the die is verified and analyzed by combining Autoform and Ansys simulation software.Specific optimization scheme is provided and verified.The results show that the targeted optimization effect is obvious,the structural stiffness is improved,and the die stiffness reaches the design requirements.This structure verification process prov ides reference for similar parts production.
