摘要
熔接痕是影响塑件质量的一个重要因素。研究发现:在相同工艺条件下,熔接痕区城的强度只有原始材料的10%~92%,严重影响塑件的正常使用。介绍了熔接痕的形成过程、影响因素及消除熔接痕的方案。
The weld marks are an important factor affecting the quality of plastie parts.The study found:Under the same process conditions,the strength of the weld marks area is only 10%~92% of the original material.Seriously affect the normal use of injection products.This paper introduced the formation process of weld marks,influencing factors and finding ways to eliminate weld marks.
