摘要
对铝挤压模具钢H13钢,尺寸≥φ600mm的锻造大规格圆钢显微组织和冲击性能进行了研究。结果表明:采用EAF+LF+VD+ESR冶炼,大型锻机锻造工艺可以生产出高纯净度的H13钢,通过大型锻机对钢锭多火次多方向锻造工艺,可以生产出φ605mm大规格圆钢。并且通过对大规格圆钢不同位置的显微组织、冲击性能等检验,表明H13钢大规格圆钢能够满足模具的使用标准要求。
In this paper,aluminum extruding die steel H13 steel,forging large size φ600mm size round steel microstructure and impact properties are studied.The results show that the EAF+LF+VD+ESR units,large satin machine move to build process can produce high purity of H13 steel,through a large forging machine for steel ingot more fire time direction forging process,can produce φ605mm in the circle of large size steel,and through to the different location of the circle of large size steel microstructure impact resistance,such as inspection,show that round steel H13 big speeification can meet the requirements of the use of mould standard.
