两次电渣重熔3Cr13马氏体不锈钢的质量研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用OM、SEM、冲击和拉伸试验机对3Cr13马氏体不锈钢采用一次和两次电渣重熔后的锻材质量进行了对比分析。结果表明:钢材截面不同位置的合金元素分布均匀,但由于氧含量的偏高,硅和锰元素有较高的烧损量;经过两次电渣重熔后钢中的氧含量降低,氫含量稳定,其元素的烧损量降低。两次电渣重熔的夹杂物数量和最大夹杂物尺寸明显小于一次电渣重熔。随着钢液冷却强度的增加,中心到边缘的夹杂物数量增加,最大夹杂物尺寸减小。两次电渣重熔提高了钢材的冲击性能,强度和塑性有所增加。 OM,SEM,impact and tensile testing machine were used to eanalyze the forging;quality of 3Cr13 martensitie stainless steel after the first and twice eletroslag-remeliting.The result show that,the alloying elements in different postitions of steel section were evenly distributed,however,silicon and manganese elements have a high burning loss due to the high oxygen content,the oxygen content in the steel decrease,the nitrogen content was stable and the burning loss of the elements decreases after twice electroslag-remelting.The number of inclusions and the maximum size of inclusions by the twice eletroslag-remeliting were obviously less than that the first time.The number of inclusions from center to edge inereases and the size of maximum inclusions decreases with the inerease of cold strength of liquid steel.The impact properties of steel was improved,and the strength and plasticity were increased after twice eletroslag-remeliting.
