本科层次职业教育材料成型及控制工程专业建设探索

Exploration on the Construction of Materials Molding and Control Engineering Major in Undergraduate Level Vocational Education

针对当前本科层次职业教育材料成型及控制工程专业如何建设的问题,提出了“产教融合、项目支撑,情境培养、岗位对接”的职业教育本科材料成型及控制工程专业建设模式。以校企合作为中心,建设产教深度融合支撑平台,培养高水平高技能校企互聘共用的“双师型”专兼职教师队伍,以“工学结合、交替顶岗的4121”人才培养模式为核心,基于职业技能构建课程体系,采用“工作情境,项目引领的四层次技能递进”教学模式,通过在校生质量评价和毕业生质量反馈,专业不断自我诊断与改进,不断良性发展,打造高层次技术技能人才培养高地,满足材料成型领域相关产业对于高层次技术技能人才的迫切需求,助力粤港澳大湾区经济转型升级。

Aiming at the problem of how to construet the material molding and control engineering specialty at the undergraduate level,this paper puts forward the construction mode of the material molding and control engineering specialty of the undergraduate level of vocational education,which includes the integration of production and education,project support,situational training and post docking.W ith school enterprise cooperation as the center,build a support platform for deep integration of industry and education,cultivate a"double teacher"full-time and part-time teacher team shared by high-level and high skilled schools and enterprises,take the"4121"talent training mode of"combination of work and learning,alternative post placement"as the core,build a curriculum system based on vocational sill,adopt the"work situation,project led four-level skills progressive"teaching mode,and adopt the"four-level skills progressive"teaching mode of"work situation,project leading"in the quality evaluation of college students and quality feedback of graduates,continuous self diagnosis and improvement of major,continuous sound development,building high-level technical and skilled personnel training highland,meeting the urgent demand for high-level technical and skilled personnel in relevant industries in the field of material molding,and helping the economic transformation and upgrading of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao Bay area.
