特发性黄斑前膜剥膜术后对比敏感度及解剖结构的研究

Study of contrast sensitivity and anatomic structure after idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane peeling

目的分析特发性黄斑前膜患者剥膜术后对比敏感度及解剖结构的改变.方法回顾性分析武警北京市总队医院2018年1月至2019年1月特发性黄斑前膜手术22例(22眼)的临床资料,观察手术后视力、对比敏感度(CS)和黄斑中心区厚度(CMT)的变化.术后随访6个月.结果所有患者术后BCVA(logMAR)0.74±0.28较术前明显提高(t=8.475,P=0.000);术前3 cpd、6 cpd和12 cpd空间频率平均为(1.529±0.645)c/d、(1.403±0.621)c/d和(1.118±0.4467)c/d,术后6个月提高至(1.565±0.314)c/d、(1.435±0.418)c/d和(1.125±0.236)c/d,手术前后对比均有统计学意义(t=5.357,5.479,5.216;P=0.000,0.000,0.000).CMT由术前的(542.29±213.26)μm降低到术后6个月的(315.37±126.39)μm(t=6.023,P=0.000).结论特发性黄斑前膜剥膜术后视力改善,对比敏感度提高,CMT下降.

Objective To analyze the changes of contrast sensitivity and anatomic structure in patients after idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane peeling.Methods From Jan.2018 to Jan.2019,the clinical data of 22 eyes of 22 patients with idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane in Beijing Armed Police Corps Hospital were analyzed retrospectively.The changes of BCVA,contrast sensitivity(CS)and central macular thickness(CMT)after surgery were observed.The follow-up time was 6 months postoperatively.Results BCVA(logMAR)of all cases ameliorated to 0.74±0.28 postoperatively.The difference of BCVA was statistically significant before and after operation(t=8.475,P=0.000).The CS of 3 cpd,6 cpd and 12 cpd were(1.565±0.314)c/d、(1.435±0.418)c/d and(1.125±0.236)c/d before operation.And the CS were(1.529±0.645)c/d、(1.403±0.621)c/d and(1.118±0.4467)c/d at 6 months after operation respectively.The differences were statistically significant before and after operation(t=5.357,5.479,5.216;P=0.000,0.000,0.000).The CMT at 6 months postoperatively decreased from(542.29±213.26)μm before surgery to(315.37±126.39)μm(t=6.023,P=0.000).Conclusion Idiopathic macular epiretinal membrane peeling can improved visual acuity,increase contrast sensitivity and decrease CMT.
