Practicing Door⁃to⁃door Medical Services for Wound Repair

随着我国人口老龄化的不断加剧,压疮、糖尿病足等引发的慢性难愈合创面患者也逐渐增多,由于此类患者往往合并多种慢性疾病,行动不便或生活不能自理,致使大部分患者无法到医院就诊。而与此相关的创面修复属于新兴学科,相关制度、技术及规范尚未健全,且大部分此类患者又分布在家庭、社区、初级养老机构,如何使他们得到及时有效的治疗是各级医疗机构积极探索的难题。在习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想指导下,为推进健康中国建设,实现全面小康社会,2019年中华人民共和国国家卫生健康委员会办公厅出台了国卫办医函[2019] 865号文件《国家卫生健康委办公厅关于加强体表慢性难愈合创面(溃疡)诊疗管理工作的通知》[1],提出了高度重视体表慢性难愈合创面诊疗管理工作、加强创面修复科等相关科室能力建设、提升创面修复诊疗能力和规范化水平、丰富创面修复医疗服务内涵等相关要求,为进一步推进慢性难愈合创面的相关工作作出了重要指导。自2015年北大医疗鲁中医院创建的创面修复中心、创面修复移动工作站以及形成的创面修复"淄博模式"[2]届此也得到了社会各界的高度认可。

With the continuous aging of the population in China,the number of patients with chronic and difficultto-heal wounds caused by pressure sores and diabetic foot has been gradually increasing.These patients often have multiple chronic diseases,and they are unable to move or take care of themselves,resulting in most patients failing to go to the hospital for treatment.Wound repair is an emerging related discipline,of which the related rules,techniques and norms have not yet been sound-established.Moreover,the majority of such patients were distributed in the family,community and primary care institutions.And thus how to make them get timely and effective treatment is a difficult problem demanding the active exploration by medical institutions at all levels.Under the guidance of President Xi Jinping’s thought on the socialism with Chinese characteristics in a new era,with the aim of promoting the construction of healthy China and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,in 2019 the general office of National Health Commission of the People’s Republic of China promulgated[2019]No.865-Notice on Strengthening Diagnosis and Treatment of Body Surface Chronic Non-healing Wounds(Ulcers)[1],and put forward relevant requirements such as attaching great importance to the diagnosis and treatment of chronic refractory wounds on the body surface,strengthening the capacity building of related departments such as the Wound Repair Department,improving the diagnosis and treatment capacity and standardization level of wound repair,and enriching the connotation of wound repair medical services,providing important guidance for further promoting related work in chronic refractory wounds.Since 2015,PKUcare Luzhong Hospital consecutively set up wound repair center,wound repair mobile workstation and wound repair"Zibo mode"[2],being highly recognized by all sectors of society.
