黄连解毒汤联合rhEGF凝胶对深Ⅱ度烧伤患者血清炎症因子及临床疗效的影响

Influence of Huanglian Jiedu Tang Combined with rhEGF Gel on Serum Inflammatory Factors and the Clinical Efficacy in Patients with DeepⅡBurns

目的观察黄连解毒汤联合重组人表皮生长因子(recombinant human epidermal growth factor,rhEGF)凝胶治疗深Ⅱ度烧伤的临床疗效以及对患者血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月重庆市开州区人民医院收治的64例深Ⅱ度烧伤患者作为研究对象,按照不同干预方法将其分为观察组(32例)与对照组(32例),观察组患者予以黄连解毒汤联合rhEGF凝胶治疗局部创面,对照组患者单独予以rhEGF凝胶治疗局部创面,对比两组患者创面愈合时间、简明烧伤健康量表(burn specific health scale-brief,BSHS-B)评分以及血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-2 (IL-2)、白细胞介素-6 (IL-6)、白细胞介素-10 (IL-10)水平变化情况。结果观察组患者创面愈合时间明显短于对照组(t=4.066,P=0.000),治疗后BSHS-B评分明显高于对照组(t=4.944,P=0.000);治疗第7天,观察组患者血清TNF-α、IL-6水平明显低于对照组(t=7.617、4.832,P均=0.000),血清IL-2、IL-10水平明显高于对照组(t=5.310、5.626,P均=0.000)。结论与rhEGF凝胶单独应用相比,黄连解毒汤与rhEGF凝胶联合应用可有效促进深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合,提高患者生活质量,其作用机制可能与黄连解毒汤能够降低患者炎症反应程度有关。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huanglian Jiedu Tang combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF)gel in treating patients with deepⅡburns and the influence on patients’serum inflammatory factors.Methods Sixty-four patients with deepⅡburns admitted into the People’s Hospital of Kaizhou District,Chongqing between January 2018 and January 2019 were selected to be divided into an observation group(32 patients)and a control group(32 patients)based on different interventions.The local wounds of patients in the observation group were treated with Huanglian Jiedu Tang combined with rhEGF gel while the local wounds of patients in the control group were simply treated with rhEGF gel.The wound healing time,burn specific health scale-brief(BSHS-B)score,and change levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10)were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the wound healing time was markedly shorter than that in the control group(t=4.066,P=0.000),the BSHS-B score after treatment was obviously higher than that in the control group(t=4.944,P=0.000).On day 7 of treatment,the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the observation group were obviously lower than that in the control group(t=1.617 and 4.832,both P=0.000)while the levels of IL-2 and IL-10 were significantly higher than that in the control group(t=5.310 and 5.626,both P=0.000).Conclusion Compared with the simple application of rhEGF gel in the treatment of deepⅡburns,the combined application of Huanglian Jiedu Tang and rhEGF gel can effectively promote the wound healing,improve the quality of life of patients,of which the action of mechanism may be the low inflammatory responses decreased by Huanglian Jiedu Tang.
